1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Curtains macOS app (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. Ownership

2.1. The Curtains macOS app is owned by Francesco Truzzi. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, any reference to 'we', 'us', or 'our' shall be construed as a reference to Francesco Truzzi as the legal owner and operator of the App.

2.2. All references to the ownership of intellectual property, rights, and licenses in these Terms and Conditions pertain to Francesco Truzzi, except as otherwise specifically noted.

2.3. Francesco Truzzi holds the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions in his capacity as the legal owner of the App.

3. License

3.1. Curtains is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes on up to five macOS devices that you own or control.

3.2. You may not sublicense, distribute, or lease the App, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App, or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.

4. Updates and Support

4.1. We may provide updates, bug fixes, and enhancements to the App. You are encouraged to keep the App up to date for optimal performance and security.

4.2. Support for the App is available at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees or limitations.

5. Privacy

5.1. We do not collect or store any user data. Curtains is licensed through Paddle, check their Privacy Policy to understand what data they may collect about you.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The App, including all content, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Francesco Truzzi and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

7.1. The App is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time for any reason, with or without notice. In case we decide to do so, you will be provided with a full refund.

Refund policy

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases which are made through Paddle. You can request a refund for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Process

2.1. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@getcurtains.app with your purchase details.

2.2. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after approval and will be made to the original payment method. Your Curtains license will be deactivated upon processing of your refund.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy.
